Bands in Parks is a Brisbane City Council initiative and is held at various parks and gardens in and around Brisbane.
QIAPB have been performing at these events for a number of years and in 2018 we were invited to perform at a couple of them up at the Brisbane Botanic Gardens at Mt Coot-tha. The performances are held on the main stage early on a Sunday afternoon and are always well received by the audience. Spectators can bring along a rug to sit on or folding chairs and enjoy the entertainment which also includes another instrumental band.
